Meet the Set Man
Pastor Philip Igbinijesu (PhD.)
Pastor Philip as a pastor, leadership and management consultant and author, is passionate about modeling, teaching and demanding the high standards that make for Exceptional Leadership. Aside being the founding and Lead Pastor of Word Assembly, with centers in several cities in Nigeria and the United States. Dr. Philip Igbinijesu is the Board Chairman, Institute for National Transformation (INT) Nigeria, and also the Managing Partner, Kings Court Management Consulting. He earned an LL.B in Law from the University of Benin; B.L. from the Nigerian Law School; MBA from the Netherland Business School; and, Phd in Organizational Leadership, with specialization in Human Resource Development from Regent University, USA. He is married to Olubunmi, his co-Pastor and are blessed with children.
Our Senior Pastor
Pastor Bunmi Igbinijesu
Olubunmi Igbinijesu is the Deputy Senior Pastor of Word Assembly. Her overwhelming focus is to help restore the dignity of womanhood, in pursuit of which she founded The King’s Daughter (TKD), an NGO, that encompasses G.I.R.L. Power, an outreach to mature single ladies; TKD Monthly Prayer Meetings; TKD Skill Acquisition Program; and TKD Homes, for rehabilitating commercial sex workers. In Word Assembly, she coordinates the Directorate of Marriage and Family Life of the ministry. She is a graduate of Accounting and also earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). She also graduated from the Oakseed Executive Leadership Course of the Institute for National Transformation (INT). She is married to Pastor Philip and blessed with children.
